- Đậu Hà Lan thường được dùng trong các món ăn quen thuộc như cơm chiên Dương Châu, súp, hoặc được rang giòn làm món ăn vặt (đậu Hà Lan rang tỏi ớt, rang wasabi).
Etymology
From Middle English 'pease' (which was singular), from Old English 'pise', from Latin 'pisum', from Ancient Greek 'píson'. The modern singular 'pea' was formed in the 17th century by false splitting, as speakers mistakenly assumed the 's' in 'pease' was a plural suffix.
